Турецкая прокуратура подала иск против психически нездоровой 96-летней женщины, которая живет в контейнере, за оскорбление президента.
Сообщается, что 96-летняя Алие Ябансу, живущая в контейнере площадью 20 квадратных метров в квартале Селимпынар района Сиверек провинции Урфа, привлекла внимание правоохранительных органов после того, как в социальные сети попало видео, снятое 9 января 2019 года неизвестным лицом и без согласия Ябансу, на котором она критикует Эрдогана.
На основе распространившегося видео гражданин М.И. подал жалобу в генеральную прокуратуру Урфы. В итоге прокуратура Сиверек завела уголовное дело против пожилой женщины. В обвинительном заключении утверждается, что 96-летняя Алие Ябансу намерено использовала слова, оскорбляющие честь и достоинство президента. Прокуроры потребовали применить ограничительные меры в связи с психическим заболеванием Ябансу.
